6. Shipping and Delivery
Live fish are delivered subject to prior coordination, climate conditions, fish availability, and business location.
Deliveries are usually made within 1–7 business days from order approval, but delays beyond our control may occur.
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, fish type, and destination.
7. Return and Exchange Policy
Live fish cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or death upon arrival, provided it is documented immediately with a photo or video.
For accessories (equipment or food):
Returns are accepted within 14 days from delivery, if unused and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued only after product inspection.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
8. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if preparation has not begun.
Orders for live fish cannot be canceled after packaging or shipment preparation.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, images, and information on the site are the exclusive property of the company or its partners.
No copying, duplication, or use is permitted without written consent.
